Standard delivery is a home delivery which is usually made within 2-3 working days of your order being placed. Please note: embroidered or personalised items can take up to 2 weeks.
All orders can be returned via post, just take your despatch note and the goods you want to return, ad post them back to us. Please note: Personalised items will not be accepted unless the personalised text is incorrect or if the item is faulty.
You can make your own arrangements through any postal carrier but we recommend you use a trackable service and obtain proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for goods until we receive them. Please return to: Clubkit-Direct Ltd Unit 17 Loomer Road Chesterton ST5 9LB
Our carrier delivers between 7.30am and 10pm, and in some cases a signature may be required.
Please return your goods to us within 14 days of cancellation. If you would like an exchange send back to us within 14 days. Personalised products (shirt printing etc.) cannot be returned.
Upon receipt of you goods it can take between 3-5 working days for your refund to be returned to your account. If you haven’t received your refund after this time, then please contact our Customer Service team who will be happy to look in to this.
